Tell us your event and return dates, including the times you need. Your approved quote will specify the rental window; no standard duration or late-return fee is assumed.
Can I pick up my rentals?
Pickup is available for appropriate chairs and tables in the Batavia area, subject to the confirmed order. Exact pickup instructions are shared with your confirmed appointment. Stages and tents require paid delivery and setup.
Where do you deliver?
We consider Batavia, Aurora, Geneva, St. Charles, Naperville and nearby western Chicago suburbs. Coverage, delivery and setup charges depend on your venue and order and are confirmed in your quote—not guaranteed by location alone.
Is there a refundable security deposit?
Deposit settings and terms are pending owner approval. If enabled for your rental, the amount and inspection/refund conditions will be shown in your quote and agreement before payment.
Does my request hold equipment?
No. A request or preliminary availability check does not reserve inventory. Any tentative hold must be explicitly confirmed by staff; final confirmation follows approved terms, payment and inventory assignment.
What if I need to cancel?
Rental cancellation and refund policies are still under review. Your rental-specific agreement must be finalized before online payment opens. Contact us about changes to a request.
Can I set up a stage or tent myself?
No. Stage and tent requests require manual site and safety review, including intended load, assembly, trained setup and insurance review. Delivery and setup are quoted separately; no safety certification is implied.
Can I pay online now?
Online rental payments are not open in this draft. Send your request and review the quote on your private booking page. Checkout remains gated until settings, pricing, terms and staff approvals are complete.
