Buyer questions
Frequently asked questions
Conditions, manifests, pickup, shipping and auctions — answered plainly.
What does Nest Pointe Logistics sell?
Individual merchandise, wholesale pallets, auction lots, and larger bulk inventory loads.
Do I need a business to buy?
No. Individual consumers, new resellers, and established wholesale buyers can all purchase. Some bulk opportunities may require additional buyer information.
What does the estimated retail value mean?
It is a reference figure only. It does not guarantee resale value, sell-through, or profitability.
Can I inspect inventory before buying?
Inspection availability depends on the lot and location. Contact us before purchasing if inspection is important to your decision.
How does pickup work?
Local pickup available in the Aurora–Batavia area. Exact pickup location and instructions are provided after purchase or confirmed appointment.
Do you ship?
Individual products can ship. Pallets and bulk loads are typically pickup or freight; freight quotes are arranged per order.
How do auctions close?
Each auction closes at its posted end time. Bid validation and winner determination run on the server, not in your browser.
What happens if I win an auction?
You receive a notification with payment instructions, then schedule pickup or fulfillment.
