DRAFT — ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED

This document is an internal working draft prepared by Nest Pointe staff. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is published for review purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

What can be shipped

Eligible individual merchandise ships by parcel carrier within the United States. Pallets, bulk and truckload merchandise, and oversized items are handled as freight or local pickup and are covered by the Freight Shipping Policy and Local Pickup Policy.

How shipping is priced

Parcel shipping is calculated from the verified package weight and dimensions of the items in your cart and your destination, using live carrier rates through our rating provider. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for shipping on that order.

When a rate cannot be produced

If a live rate cannot be produced — because package data is missing, the carrier is unavailable, or the destination needs review — checkout will not silently treat shipping as free. The order is either held as a request for a confirmed shipping amount before payment, or routed to freight or pickup. You will be told which applies before any charge.

Processing time

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Warehouse handling normally takes 1–3 business days; freight scheduling depends on carrier availability. Transit time is set by the carrier and is not guaranteed by Nest Pointe.

Tracking

A tracking number is recorded on the order when the label is created and is visible in your account. Tracking events are updated as the carrier reports them.

Addresses

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. Address changes are only possible before a label is created. Packages returned as undeliverable are refunded less shipping costs actually incurred, or reshipped at your cost.

Damage, shortage, and loss in transit

Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report parcel damage or a missing item within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging; report freight damage or shortage on the delivery paperwork before signing. See the Returns & Refund Policy for how claims are resolved.
