What an inventory pack is
An inventory pack is a curated quantity of merchandise assembled by Nest Pointe for resellers, sold as a single unit at a single price. Packs are wholesale merchandise, not retail products.
Contents and substitutions
Pack contents are described by category, condition, and approximate unit count. Specific items are examples unless the listing says the contents are fixed. Where an item is unavailable we may substitute merchandise of comparable category and value; we will not substitute a lower condition grade without telling you.
Estimated values
Any estimated retail value or resale estimate shown for a pack is a reference figure only, not a promise of resale price. Liquidation, pallet, bulk and auction merchandise is sold as-is and where-is. Retail values referenced anywhere on this site are estimates for comparison only and are not an appraisal, a resale price, or a promise of any outcome.
No guaranteed resale value or profit
Nest Pointe does not guarantee that a pack will resell for any particular amount, sell within any timeframe, or produce a profit. See the Reseller Academy Earnings Disclaimer.
Reservations and holds
Adding a pack to a reservation holds the merchandise for the window shown at the time of reservation. Unpaid reservations expire automatically at the end of that window and the merchandise is released to other buyers. Expiry is automatic and is not a penalty.
Sold out
Pack availability is limited. If a pack sells out between your reservation expiring and your payment, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping and pickup
Packs ship by parcel or freight depending on size and weight, or can be collected. The Shipping, Freight, and Local Pickup policies apply.
Returns
Packs are not returnable based on condition mix, unit count within the stated estimate range, or resale outcome. Material discrepancies — a pack that does not match its stated category or condition grade — are handled like pallet discrepancies: reported within 48 hours with photos and a count.
