Is my request a confirmed booking?

No. A request is reviewed by staff. A booking is confirmed only after quote approval, accepted terms and payment once online payment is enabled.

Is equipment held while I wait?

A request does not guarantee a hold. Staff confirm availability with your quote.

How long is a rental?

Standard rental period: [OWNER TO SET: standard rental duration].

Can I pick up a stage or tent?

No. Stages and tents are delivered and installed by Nest Pointe only.

Where do you deliver?

Batavia, Illinois and nearby western suburbs, subject to confirmation for each booking.
