What the Academy is
The Nest Pointe Reseller Academy provides educational programs, curriculum, tools, and optional inventory offers for people building a resale business. It is education and support. It is not a franchise, business opportunity offering, investment, or employment, and it is not financial, tax, or legal advice.
Enrollment and access
Enrollment is personal to you and grants access to the content included in the program you purchased for the period stated at purchase. Access to specific modules, downloads, and inventory offers depends on your program tier.
No guarantee of results
Nest Pointe does not guarantee income, profit, sales volume, or business success. Individual results vary. See the Reseller Academy Earnings Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
You run your own business
You remain solely responsible for your own business: entity formation, licensing, tax registration and filings, sourcing decisions, pricing, customer service, and compliance. Nest Pointe is not your partner, agent, or employer, and does not accept liability for decisions you make in your business.
Marketplace platforms have their own terms
Selling on any marketplace is governed by that marketplace's own terms, fees, and enforcement. You are responsible for reading and complying with them, and a marketplace can suspend or restrict your account for reasons outside our control.
No marketplace endorsement
Nest Pointe is an independent business. Nest Pointe is not endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or operated by eBay or any other marketplace, and does not represent itself as such. Marketplace names are used only to describe where merchandise may be resold.
Content use and sharing
Academy curriculum, templates, and materials are licensed to you for your own business use. You may not resell, republish, share credentials, or distribute the materials. We may suspend access for credential sharing or redistribution.
Community conduct
Where community or coaching access is included, treat staff and other members respectfully. Harassment, spam, recruiting members into other offers, and misrepresentation of results are grounds for removal without refund.
Payment and cancellation
Program pricing, billing frequency, and refund treatment are stated at checkout and in the Membership & Subscription Terms. Inventory sold through the Academy is governed by the Inventory Pack Terms and the Pallet & Bulk Merchandise Terms.
Program changes
We may update curriculum, replace modules, or retire a program. If a program you paid for is retired during your access period, we will provide comparable access or a pro-rated refund.
