DRAFT — ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED
This document is an internal working draft prepared by Nest Pointe staff. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is published for review purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
Current status
Marketing email campaigns are not currently active. Nest Pointe is not running email marketing as of the effective date of this disclosure. Addresses collected now are stored for future use only under the terms below.
Transactional email
We send email that is necessary to your transaction or account: order confirmations, receipts, shipment and tracking notices, pickup and freight scheduling, auction invoices and payment reminders, support replies, account and security notices, and policy change notices. These are sent to all customers and are not marketing.
Marketing email
Marketing email covers inventory drops, auction announcements, Academy programs, and promotions. We send it to people who requested it — by subscribing, applying to the Buyer Network, or submitting a reseller lead form that clearly states you will receive inventory updates.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works with one click and is honored promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing does not close your account or stop transactional email about your orders.
Content and honesty
Subject lines and sender information will accurately describe the message. We do not send earnings claims or guarantees of resale profit — see the Reseller Academy Earnings Disclaimer.
Providers
Email is delivered by third-party sending and CRM providers acting on our behalf. They receive your address and the campaign data needed to deliver and measure the message.
Your address
We do not sell email addresses. You can request deletion from marketing lists at any time through the site.
