DRAFT — ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED

This document is an internal working draft prepared by Nest Pointe staff. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is published for review purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Information you give us

Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, business name), shipping and billing addresses, account credentials, order and bidding history, applications to the Buyer Network and reseller programs, reseller lead and readiness-assessment answers, Academy enrollment and course progress, support requests, and any message or document you send us.

Information collected automatically

Standard technical and usage data such as device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and interaction events used for internal analytics. We also record operational events (order created, payment status, shipment status) that are tied to your account or order.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by our payment processor. Nest Pointe does not receive or store full payment-card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank credentials. We retain only non-sensitive payment references such as a processor transaction identifier, the payment status, the amount, and the last-four digits where the processor supplies them.

How we use information

To create and operate your account; process, fulfill, ship, and support orders; verify bidder eligibility and settle auctions; review Buyer Network and reseller applications; deliver Academy content and track course progress; prevent fraud and abuse; meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations; and — where you have opted in — send marketing communications.

Service providers we use

We share only what a provider needs to perform its function: a payment processor (checkout, payment status, refunds), shipping and label providers (rates, labels, tracking), marketplace platforms where we list merchandise (order and fulfillment data for those orders), a customer relationship management platform (contact and lifecycle events), analytics and error-monitoring services (usage and diagnostic data), and our hosting and database provider. Providers are engaged to process data on our behalf, not to sell it.

Marketing and CRM events

When you submit a lead form, apply, purchase, or enroll, we may generate an internal CRM event describing that action so the right team can follow up. CRM synchronization to an external platform is configured but is not active as of this draft; when it becomes active, the categories above are what would be transmitted.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information outside the uses above only with your direction, to comply with law or lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention

Account, order, tax, and fulfillment records are retained as long as needed to operate the business and satisfy legal and accounting obligations. Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without losing account access. Some records — completed orders, tax records, auction settlement history — must be retained even after a deletion request. Contact us through the site to make a request.

Children

This site is intended for business and adult consumer use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Access to customer data is restricted to authorized staff, administrative actions are logged, and database access rules restrict each customer's records to that customer. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and tracking
