Late returns

Equipment returned or made available after the agreed time may be charged [OWNER TO SET: late charge per day or 'none'], only as stated in the confirmed quote.

Communication first

Nest Pointe contacts the customer before assessing late charges and works in good faith to arrange return.

Overdue equipment

If equipment remains unreturned after [OWNER TO SET: number of days] and the customer cannot be reached, it may be treated as lost under the Damage, Loss & Cleaning policy.
