DRAFT — ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED
This document is an internal working draft prepared by Nest Pointe staff. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is published for review purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
Professional setup only
Tents and the portable low-profile modular stage platform are installed and removed only by Nest Pointe or its trained operators. Customers must not move, modify or reassemble them.
Weather and wind
Tent use limits follow the manufacturer's published guidance for each tent: [OWNER TO SET: tent models and manufacturer wind/weather limits]. Tents are evacuated during lightning, high winds or severe weather. No open flames or heaters under tents unless Nest Pointe agrees in writing.
Stage weight rating
Nest Pointe will confirm the manufacturer's published load rating for the exact stage configuration before renting. Until then, no weight rating is stated: [OWNER TO SET: stage model and verified manufacturer load rating]. The stage is a low-profile platform, not a concert or truss stage.
Site assessment
Stage and tent bookings require staff review of the location, surface and access before confirmation. Nest Pointe may decline any booking it cannot set up safely.
Insurance
Stage and tent bookings may require proof of event liability insurance: [OWNER TO SET: customer insurance requirement].
