DRAFT — ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED
This document is an internal working draft prepared by Nest Pointe staff. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is published for review purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
Our commitment
Nest Pointe wants the Exchange to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or voice control.
Standard we work toward
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is our working target; we do not claim full conformance, and this statement will be updated as our accessibility audits progress.
What we have done
Semantic headings and landmarks, labels on form fields, visible keyboard focus, touch targets sized for mobile use, alternative text on meaningful images, accessible dialog and tab behavior, and contrast checks on core storefront, cart, checkout, account, auction, and Academy pages.
Known limitations
Some third-party components — the hosted payment page, carrier tracking, and embedded media — are outside our direct control. Complex admin data tables and some legacy imagery may not yet be fully optimized. We are working through these.
Assistive alternatives
If any part of the site prevents you from completing a purchase, a pickup arrangement, a bid, or an Academy enrollment, contact us and a staff member will help you complete it directly.
Feedback
Tell us what you ran into, the page, and the assistive technology you use through the contact or support form. Accessibility reports are treated as priority issues.
