DRAFT — ADMIN REVIEW REQUIRED
This document is an internal working draft prepared by Nest Pointe staff. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is published for review purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work: your signed-in session, security and anti-abuse protection, cart and checkout state, and load handling. These cannot be turned off without breaking checkout and account access.
Functional
Remember preferences such as recently viewed merchandise, saved filters, and dismissed banners so the site behaves consistently between visits.
Analytics
We record internal usage events — pages viewed, searches, add-to-cart, checkout steps — to understand what works and fix what does not. Analytics data is used in aggregate for product decisions.
Marketing and advertising
Advertising or conversion-measurement tags may be enabled to measure campaign performance. Where such a tag is active it may receive limited event data about site activity. Advertising tags are not enabled by default and are turned on only when a campaign is actually running.
Third parties
Our payment processor, hosting provider, and any active analytics or advertising services may set their own cookies under their own policies when their functionality is used on a page.
Your controls
Browsers let you block or delete cookies and send Do Not Track signals. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout. You can also opt out of marketing email and SMS separately — see those disclosures.
Changes
This disclosure is updated when we add or remove a tracking technology, and the version and effective date at the top of this page reflect the current state.
