Recurring billing
Membership and subscription programs bill automatically on the interval shown at checkout — monthly or annual — until you cancel. The amount, interval, and first billing date are displayed before you confirm.
Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period using the payment method on file. Card details are held by our payment processor, not by Nest Pointe.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period that has already started. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds on subscriptions
Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law or unless the program was unavailable for a material part of the period. If we retire a program mid-period, you receive comparable access or a pro-rated refund.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you. Access may be paused while the account is past due and is restored when payment succeeds. Extended non-payment ends the subscription.
Price changes
We may change subscription pricing. Any change applies to renewals occurring after we notify you, and notice is given before the renewal date so you can cancel first.
After cancellation
Downloaded materials you were licensed to keep remain yours under the Reseller Academy Terms. Hosted content, community access, and member pricing end when access ends. Course progress records are retained so that you can resume if you re-enroll.
Current status
Subscription billing is configured but is not activated as of this draft. No recurring charge is created until admin activates billing for a program.
