Scope
This policy applies to everyone using the site, whether or not you have an account, and supplements the Terms of Service.
Account integrity
Do not create accounts with false information, create multiple accounts to evade limits, promotion rules, or a suspension, share credentials, or access another person's account.
Auction integrity
Do not bid without intent to pay, bid to inflate a price, coordinate with other bidders to suppress a price, or use automated bidding tools.
Promotion and coupon abuse
Do not use coupons outside their stated conditions, resell or publish private codes, or place and cancel orders repeatedly to exploit a promotion.
Technical abuse
Do not scrape, crawl at volume, bulk-harvest listings or pricing, probe or bypass security or access controls, submit automated form or checkout traffic, upload malicious code, or overload our infrastructure.
Content and conduct
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent content through forms, reviews, support tickets, or community areas, and do not impersonate Nest Pointe staff.
Reverse engineering and resale of access
Do not copy the site, reproduce Academy content for redistribution, or resell access to member-only areas.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or close accounts, cancel affected orders or bids, and preserve records of the activity. Serious cases may be referred to the relevant platform or authorities.
Reporting
Report abuse, a security issue, or a suspicious listing through the site's contact or support form.
