How do I start a return?
Open a Returns & refunds ticket and select the order. Staff review eligibility and issue an RMA number before anything ships back.
Are liquidation pallets returnable?
Pallet and bulk merchandise is sold as-is. See the Pallet / Bulk Merchandise Terms in the Policy Center for what is and is not covered.
