When does tracking start moving?
Tracking is created when the label is purchased and usually starts scanning after the first carrier pickup. Until then it can show no movement.
Which items ship as parcel?
Items are classified as parcel or freight from verified package weight and dimensions. Oversize lots are quoted as freight instead.
